For spa services, it is acceptable to cancel within a 24-hour period. (Non-accumulative and non-transferable services). For bridal services: please check the clause provided in your contract.

Spa services can be booked through our website, WhatsApp, or our customer service phone number.
To confirm your event, a payment of 50% of the service value, including 16% taxes, is required (payment method chosen by the client). This will be stipulated in your contract to ensure mutual agreement between both parties.
